One Manhattan West is very close to officially being the tallest building in the neighborhood and the 12th tallest in New York City. The Skidmore Owings & Merrill designed building will feature a glass facade provided by Benson Industries, once finished the structure will reach a height of 995 feet.
The last curtainwall unit was manufactured on December 21, 2018 the project had 8,907 total with the 1st assembled back on July 8, 2017. The project had a total of 489 shipments.

“As of now, the glass facade on One Manhattan West is continuing to take shape on the upper floors, and is about to reach the rooftop parapet. The construction crane and exterior elevator should be disassembled within the coming months.”
