CTBUH Names Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Building to list of Best Tall Buildings for 2014

Four buildings, from the United States, Australia, the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates, have been named the best tall buildings in the world for 2014 by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).

Benson finishes work on Seattle Art Museum Exterior Art Project Retrofit

The Seattle Art Museum contracted Benson to install an art installation on the building’s facade. The work is by Doug Aitken, and is called Mirror. It consists of large LED panels and light strips. Benson engineered and installed the original for the Seattle Art Museum in 2006.

Architecture Foundation of Oregon selected Benson Industries as its 2013 Honored Citizen

1730 Pennsylvania Avenue wins Devine Detail Award

Benson Industries helped replace the failing facade of 1730 Pennsylvania Avenue in 2009. The all-glass facade gave the building a new face, increased building performance, and daylight access.

New Project Awarded: 520 Newport Center, Newport Beach, CA

Irvine Co. will add a 19-story tower to its Newport Beach headquarters, a structure that is being designed by the architecture firm responsible for the glass pyramid in the courtyard of the Louvre in Paris.
